ACCOUNT ACTIVATION PROBLEM
If you are experiencing an account activation problem, we will be glad to manually activate the account for you.  However, in order to do this, you will need to send an email to:   admin@totaltraininginc.net with the following information:
1.  Student Name
2.  The name of the Court that sent you to our website (i.e., Bryant, Conway, Malvern, etc.)
3.  Your phone number, including area code.
In most cases we can activate the account quickly and reply back to you within 1 business day.
 
IF YOU REGISTERED & PAID MORE THAN ONCE
If you have accidentally registered and paid more than once, you will be refunded the appropriate amount once we confirm the extra payment with our gateway provider.  Total Training will refund the extra charges quickly, but the funding source of the original payment determines how the refund is credited.  Refunds to your credit card can take up to 30 days depending on the issuing bank.  However, most banks will process the refund in 3-7 business days.  Once you have registered and paid for the course, we are unable to provide a refund.
 
PROBLEMS WITH THE VIDEO FILES
** The video files are very large and  are uploaded to your account.  They may take a minute or two to load (depending on your Internet bandwidth).
** The videos do not play well on shared bandwidth (i.e., school, coffee shop, etc.)
** Always remember to click on the "SAVE MY PLACE" button before you close the video browser window so you won't lose your progress.
** The "SAVE MY PLACE" feature doesn't work with AOL. It will work outside of AOL, using a browser (i.e., Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Apple Safari, etc.)
